Paid Sick Leave

Beginning July 1, 2018, active IHSS Providers who met the eligibility criteria received annual Paid Sick Leave (PSL) each State Fiscal Year.

• A fiscal year begins on July 1 and ends on June 30th.

Requesting Paid Sick Leave

• Option 1: Electronically, through your IHSS Electronic Services Portal (ESP) account
• Option 2: Paper form, complete and mail the IHSS Provider Paid Sick Leave Request Form (SOC 2302) to the address on the form
